I should have another photo set later tonight, maybe 2 or 3, but this song is 25 minutes long, so, yeah, it’s gonna wait, because I’ve gotta upload them from my phone, can’t wait until I get a laptop, and a real job, not just $160 a month taking care of my dogs
Being, as Homer Simpson would put it, upper lower middle class, has tought me a bunch, but one thing, it’s really raised my tolerance for spicy food
I used to not be able to handle any amount of spice, like, legit, when I was like 5, I could only eat mild wings, and I still needed blue cheese
But since my dad went from a 80k to 30k salary a few years ago, I’ve been eating more microwavable food, instead of cooking, because I’m normally by myself, that or I’ll cook easy stuff
Today, I was eating mexican food, right? I wanted this one salsa, because I’m not into the chunks in the regular stuff, so they advise me against it, saying most people can’t handle it, but I was like, meh, whatever, I’ll suck it up
It wasn’t even spicy
Habañero peppers legitimately weren’t spicy to me.
Neither are buffalo wings or tobasco sauce
This is what my life has become
I can be one of those people on TV who eat the shit so spicy your nose hair practically burn out
The only problem? That really spicy shit doesn’t normally taste very good to me.
Did you know General Tso’s chicken is supposed to be spicy?
That’s all I had to say, I should have some photo sets up here in a few minutes, I’ve been pretty busy for the past 3 weeks, so uploading isn’t something I’ve remembered to do as much as I used to, but I’ve still been doing it. I’m a good noodle
Shine on You Crazy Diamond (I-IX)- Pink Floyd
Remember when you were young, you shone like the sun.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Now there’s a look in your eyes, like black holes in the sky.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
You were caught in the crossfire of childhood and stardom, blown on the steel breeze.
Come on you target for faraway laughter, come on you stranger, you legend, you martyr, and shine!
You reached for the secret too soon, you cried for the moon.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Threatened by shadows at night, and exposed in the light.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Well you wore out your welcome with random precision, rode on the steel breeze.
Come on you raver, you seer of visions, come on you painter, you piper, you prisoner, and shine!
Nobody knows where you are, how near or how far.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
Pile on many more layers and I’ll be joining you there.
Shine on you crazy diamond.
And we’ll bask in the shadow of yesterday’s triumph,
sail on the steel breeze.
Come on you boy child, you winner and loser,
come on you miner for truth and delusion, and shine
Come to decide that the things that I tried
Were in my life just to get high on
When I sit alone
Come get a little known
But I need more than myself this time
Step from the road to the sea to the sky
And I do believe that we rely on
When I lay it on
Come get to play it on
All my life to sacrifice
Hey oh
Listen what I say, oh
I got your hey oh
Now listen what I say, oh
When will I know that I really can’t go
To the well once more time to decide on?
When it’s killing me
When will I really see
All that I need to look inside
Come to believe that I better not leave
Before I get my chance to ride
When it’s killing me
What do I really need
All that I need to look inside
Hey oh
Listen what I say, oh
Come back and hey oh
Look here what I say oh
The more I see, the less I know
The more I like to let it go
Hey oh, whoa, whoa, whoa
Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it’s so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there’s nowhere to go
In between the cover of another perfect wonder
And it’s so white as snow
Running through the field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there’s nowhere to go
When to descend to amend for a friend
All the channels that have broken down
Now you bring it up
I’m gonna ring it up
Just to hear you sing it out
Step from the road to the sea to the sky
And I do believe what we rely on
When I lay it on
Come get to play it on
All my life to sacrifice
Hey oh
Listen what I say, oh
I got your hey oh
Listen what I say, oh
The more I see, the less I know
The more I like to let it go
Hey oh, whoa, whoa, whoa
Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it’s so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there’s nowhere to go
In between the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it’s so white as snow
Running through the field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there’s nowhere to go
I said hey, hey, yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, tell my love now
Hey, hey, yeah, oh yeah, tell my love now
Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it’s so white as snow
Privately divided by a world so undecided
And there’s nowhere to go
Deep beneath the cover of another perfect wonder
Where it’s so white as snow
Running through the field where all my tracks will be concealed
And there’s nowhere to go
I said hey oh yeah, oh yeah
Tell my love now
Hey, yeah, yeah, oh yeah
Whiskey in the Jar - Grateful Dead
As I was a-goin’ over Gilgarra mountains
I met Colonel Pepper and his money he was counting
I drew forth my pistol and I rattled my sabre
Saying “stand and deliver, for I am a bold deceiver”
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
The shining yellow coins did sure look bright and jolly
I took the money home and I gave it to my Molly
She promised and she vowed that she never would deceive me
But the devil’s in the women for they never can be easy
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
When I awoke between the hours of six and seven
Guards were standing ‘round me in numbers odd and even
I flew to my pistols, but alas I was mistaken
I fired off my pistols and a prisoner was taken
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
They put me in jail without a judge or jury
For robbing Colonel Pepper in the morning so early
They didn’t take my fist so I knocked down the sentry
And I bid a long farewell to that cold penitentiary
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
I think I’ll find my brother, he’s the one that’s in the army.
I don’t know where he’s stationed be in Cork or in Killarney.
Together we’ll go roving thru the Moutains of Kilkenny.
I dare he’ll treat me fairer than my darling sporting Molly.
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
Some take delight in fishing and bowling
Others take delight in carriage a-rollin’
I take delight in the juice of the barley
Courting pretty women in the morning so early
Musha ringum duram da
Whack-fall the daddy-o
Whack-fall the daddy-o
There’s whiskey in the jar
